We are committed to managing our own footprint, to participate in climate action and to support a thriving planet. To ensure product sustainability, we strive to achieve a product service life of beyond 10 years. We challenge to realise it by rule of 80-20; 80% Reliability & 20% Serviceability.

The SKINNYTOOLS comprehensive service warranty program covers the service of product calibration & upgrade as well as wear-tear replacement maintenance. The stewardship also cover handling of product at the end of product lifecycle, simply return back to us for full recycling and proper disposal activities. 

On this initiative, we had established several regional service depots namely in Japan, UK, Netherlands, USA and Malaysia to fulfill this goal.

In agreeing  to “Right To Repair”,  we ensure all part/module with limited service life are design to enable seamless replacement. Together we ensure Sustainability.
